Radek's life story is a journey of discovery and growth. Two values line it: helping and moving. Help has accompanied him every step of the way since his early childhood, which he spent in an orphanage. It was there he learned the importance of helping others.
Movement became his main key to self-discovery and liberation, his passion and profession. A refuge in which he dealt with his inner struggles, and a tool to finding peace. To this day, movement still means joy and freedom for him, which was often lacking in his life.
Radek has created a unique online training program focused on comprehensive self-care that everyone should take. The program combines rehabilitation and meditation exercises as well as calisthenics, and Radek teaches clients that the basis of a healthy lifestyle and body care is regularity and a kind approach to oneself. Each exercise reflects a piece of Radek's life story and the desire to share this healing art with others.
We will find balance with simple exercises and open the chest. We will also work with attention and the so-called micro-movements, which are an integral part of compensatory exercises during sedentary work.
