Alžběta made her literary debut in 2014 with the poetry collection Co s tím, which earned her the Jiří Orten Award. A revised edition of the book was published in 2023. Her second collection, Čačak (2022), was shortlisted for the prestigious Magnesia Litera Award, further establishing her as a distinctive voice in contemporary Czech literature.

In 2024, she published her first work of pure prose under the title Tvoje tvář s hebkým odrazem (Your Face with a Soft Reflection), a collection of literary arabesques written between 2011 and 2025. In addition to her writing, she works as an editor and literary program curator. Her work is marked by lyrical sensitivity, intimate unease, and a sharp eye for nuance.
