Mariusz Wnuk is the Chairman of the Board at Orlen Unipetrol, responsible for strategic planning and business analytics, corporate governance, legal and HR departments, IT and digitalization, internal audit, data protection, logistics, pricing, market analysis, and oil and gas procurement, as well as regulatory affairs.

He is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in top-level management and supervisory roles across capital markets, banking, and leasing. Previously, he served as Vice President (CIO) at Pocztylion-Arka Pension Fund, overseeing asset management and strategic projects. He was also CFO at Poczta Polska, where he led financial restructuring and launched banking and insurance services.

A graduate of the University of Gdańsk's Faculty of Economics, he holds a CFA® certification and completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School in Spain.
