Linda has published a book of interviews with women in the Czech media, called Novinářky (Journalists). In March 2025, she published her second book of interviews on mental health. She created two documentary podcast series for Czech Radio Wave. In 2020, she was ranked in Forbes magazine's 30 under 30 list.
Linda graduated in Journalism from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University, and is currently studying Gender Studies. From 2013 to 2022 she worked at Czech Television. She started in the foreign desk, and from 2020 she also hosted Interview ČT24 and the main news broadcasts. She also worked at Aktualne.cz. Since the end of 2023, she has been a freelancer, presenting talks, festivals and events, creating original projects and writing articles. At the beginning of 2025 she launched a video podcast called Sirény (Sirens) together with Hana Řičicová and Aneta Martínková.

Mental health issues are afflicting more and more people and are becoming a society-wide phenomenon. This spring, journalist Linda Bartošová published a book in which she interviewed nine Czech known personalities whose mental state have been affected by various diagnoses — from burnout to eating disorders to depression and anxiety disorders. Through the candid conversations in the book, Linda shows that illness is not optional, but also that there is always somewhere to turn for help. What have her close encounters with mental health difficulties given her? Can the fragility of the human soul still surprise us?
