Karolína Kostková is Head of Marketing at Refresher, a leading lifestyle media platform for young audiences. She specializes in brand building, strategic communication, and connecting cultural institutions with new target groups. She holds a degree in Arts Management from Tomas Bata University in Zlín.

Previously, she led marketing for Signal Festival, working with major cultural institutions such as Kunsthalle Praha and the National Theatre. She is active in education in cultural communication, mentors women in marketing, and lectures at universities.

Her experience also includes marketing roles at Plzeňský Prazdroj (Birell) and work with fashion brands. At Refresher, she founded the Refresher Art Award for emerging creators and regularly contributes to the platform’s culture section. She also serves on juries of prestigious competitions, bridging the fields of culture, media, and brand communication.
