Jiří set out to modernize one of the most traditional industries: funeral services. Five years ago, he founded Goodbye.cz, a platform designed to make farewells more empathetic, accessible, and suited to today's needs – even offering fully online arrangements during difficult times.

In addition to ceremonies, he developed Goodbye Care, a program that supports the bereaved not only emotionally but also practically, assisting with paperwork and other burdensome tasks. His mission is to reshape how society views death and mourning – as a natural and dignified part of life.
