Greg C. Bruno is an award-winning journalist, editor, and digital storyteller whose writing has appeared in The New York Times, The Guardian, and Foreign Affairs, among others. He has reported from the U.S., Middle East, South Asia, and North Africa and previously served as opinion editor at The National in Abu Dhabi. He is the author of Blessings from Beijing: Inside China's Soft-Power War on Tibet.
He is currently the Senior Program Manager at Bakala Foundation, leading the Taiwan Reporting Tour for European Journalists, while also working as a freelance content creator. He also teaches at the Journey: Journalism Bootcamp summer school for aspiring journalists from 15 countries.
Greg holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and previously led communications at New York University Abu Dhabi. A native of Vermont, he remains a frequent visitor to the Tibetan regions of South Asia.
