The two rivers were once the cradle of civilisation and still hold incredible sights today. Forgotten cities, ziggurats, houses made of reeds, white and black stone, monasteries, mosques and churches are just a fraction of what can be visited along Mesopotamia's two largest rivers. Travelling through the world of Turks, Kurds and Arabs will be narrated by Arabist and Iranianist Lenka Hrabalova.
