Dana has devoted her life to exercise. She has been training others for twenty-seven years and practicing yoga for twenty years. In 2016, she founded Punk Yoga, a functional movement and healthy yoga studio in Brno, Czech Republic, a place that perfectly fulfils her vision of a meeting space.
Dana graduated as a teacher specializing in Physical Education. She is a 1st class fitness and bodybuilding trainer and instructor of many slow and fast forms. In recent years, she has focused on studying functional movement, which she tries to integrate into yoga.
She says that her studio Punk Yoga is a place connected to the forces of the universe, where energy sizzles in favour of harmonizing all levels of experience.
