Vojta majored in international business and economics at Shanghai Jiatong University in Shanghai. He was also one of the first Czechs to complete a bachelor's degree in China entirely in English.

He previously worked at Unicredit Bank (UCB) as a private banker and also traded on the foreign exchange and commodity markets for UCB. Completed internships at Deloitte, Škoda Auto, ICUnet Consulting. He now works at NWD investment company as an analyst. He is in charge of finding new investment opportunities for the funds of qualified investors managed by this company, as well as analyzing financial trends. He is interested in books, geopolitics and history, financial markets, fitness, travel and gastronomy.
