Katrina is committed to facilitating social change for children and young people through high quality, robust and transparent research and impactful evidence-based advocacy.

 

 

Katrina is a social sciences researcher and educator with extensive professional and academic experience in child rights, child protection and humanitarian aid. Her research has mainly been undertaken at King’s College London in the School of Education, Communication and Society and she holds an MA in International Child Studies from King’s. Katrina’s current and previous work focuses on child marriage, child protection and safeguarding, and youth impacted by local emergencies/disasters. She has worked with children and young people in the United States, Romania, Lithuania, Greece and Poland.
