According to Forbes, she is one of the 100 most influential women in the Czech Republic.

 

 

Helena Horská studied at the University of Economics in Prague and at the Kiel Institute of World Economics. As the bank's chief economist, she leads the economic research team, sits on the supervisory board and influences the bank's direction. She retired from the Budget Forecasting Committee at the Ministry of Finance under the previous government and helped the state find a way out of the coronavirus crisis as part of the independent expert platform KoroNERV-20. She has been a member of the National Economic Council of the Government (NERV) since May 2022.
