Daniel Scheirich (CZE)

Physicist

 

Daniel obtained his PhD at the University of Michigan. During his studies, he spent four years at CERN at the exciting time when the world's largest collider, the LHC, was turned on for the first time.

 

Currently, Daniel lives in Prague with his wife and two children. He works as a physicist and lecturer at Charles University. Besides science, Daniel also enjoys drawing. His talent was used in making the short film “A Day With Particles” where his cartoons bring to life so much of the story. In whatever free time he has left, he can be found on the top of a mountain.
