Andreas Papadopulos (CZE)

Journalist, Czech Television correspondent in Poland

 

He has been working in the foreign news department of Czech Television since 2017. He is the author of hundreds of reports and podcasts for ČT24 news channel.

 

Andreas studied economics and finance at the University of Warsaw, and journalism at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University in Prague.
He is the author of the documentary Poslední revoluce (The Last Revolution), about the fall of the Romanian dictator Nicolae Ceaușescu during the 1989 revolution, and the documentary Rok covidu (The Year of Covid). Since 2022, he has been a reporter for Czech Television in Poland, and a CT correspondent in Ukraine. With nine other colleagues, he co-wrote a war chronicle which was published under the title Putinova válka (Putin's War).
