Deputy Governor of the Moravian-Silesian Region

 

As Deputy Governor for Culture and Heritage Protection since 2016, he has been involved in the conceptual development, promotion and protection of cultural monuments, as well as the development of cultural life and the creative industry in the region.

 

He strives to strengthen the image of the Moravian-Silesian Region as an important cultural centre. Thanks to Lukáš, the area of culture and heritage conservation is considered very important in the Moravian-Silesian Region and is given significant attention in the Region's strategy.
Lukáš is also the director of the “Charita Česká republika” organization, which aims to help people and families in need, especially children, the elderly, and people with disabilities. Under his leadership, the organization is expanding and providing assistance not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad.
