Josef Juráň (CZE)

physicist

Particle physicist. He finished his studies in theoretical physics at the Silesian University in Opava where he works as an assistant at the Institute of Physics. His current research is related to an effective description of new particles (vector resonances) which could be observed at the LHC and thus would be signal of new physics beyond the Standard model.

He is also affiliated to the IEAP at the Czech Technical University in Prague where his work is connected with the ATLAS and CMS experiments. His interest in physics was stimulated by More…
