Eva lives an active life 365 days a year. Her heart belongs to snowboarding, in which she has been competing for 10 years. She is an Olympic medalist and World Champion in snowboardcross. Se has a gold medal from the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games and a bronze medal from the following Olympics in Pyongyang. She has finished second at the X Games in Aspen twice. This year she won the desired gold at the World Championship.
She comes from the mountains where she has been doing sports since her childhood. She skied, climbed rocks, rode the water, danced and rode horses. Eva decided to learn to ride the snowboard and started to compete in the Czech Cup in Freestyle Snowboarding. Unfortunately, she broke her leg and later her arm and had to take a break. In 2008 she switched to snowboardcross. She started training with Marek Jelinek and Jakub Flejsar and the three are still a good team. In 2010, 2011 and 2013 she won the title of Junior World Champion.
Eva never stops moving. Even though she hardly finds any free time, she always has a moment for horses or the saxophone, she enjoys surfing and has a lot of plans.
