Bob acts as the head of communications and analyst of the EDUin think tank. His focus is education: he publishes professional articles in the Czech media and also comments on current events in the education system. He lectures at the University of Economics and Management in Prague and participates in the organization of many social projects.
Bob also works as editor for the critical online newspaper Britské listy. He is helping launch the educational start up Education Republic. In 2015 he participated in the content and implementation

In 2015 he participated in the content and implementation of Forum 2000, and with the center of contemporary culture DOX he implemented the Map of Social Stereotypes. He is involved in the preparation of psychologist Philip Zimbardo's project Heroic Imagination as part of the newly emerging Bubny Memorial of Silence.
He graduated from the Pedagogical Faculty and the Faculty of Sports Studies of Masaryk University in Brno and received a doctorate at the Media Institute of the Faculty of Social Studies at Charles University in Prague.
