Her practice is constantly evolving. Tereza studied sociology and andragogy at the Faculty of Arts of Palacký University in Olomouc, and her path to working with movement took a detour through New Zealand and Scotland, where she spent almost five years. She made her living in different ways and tried out what made sense in her life. During that time she came across information about training at the European Fitness Institute and subsequently completed the Master Diploma in Personal Training coaching programme in Javea, Spain. During her time abroad, yoga also came her way and opened new doors for Tereza to develop her movement intelligence and work with other parts of her personality through her body. She has attended numerous seminars, trainings and workshops, drawing inspiration from many approaches to working intelligently with the body and movement. From Yoga to Craniosacral Therapy, Developmental Kinesiology, Bartenieff Fundamentals, Laban Movement Analysis, Continuum Movement, the Feldenkrais Method and Alexander Technique and many more.
Intelligent Movement aims at the integration and synergy of different methodological approaches, relying on traditional approaches in the context of the findings of modern science, which are still dynamically evolving. That is why Tereza founded the Intelligent Movement Congress project, where trainers of different methods and participants from both amateur and professional backgrounds inspire each other and look for what connects them.
