He is currently coordinating the implementation of BIM at the University and acts as a lecturer in the areas mentioned above. He participated in the National Supercomputing Centre IT4Innovations, he works in the Czech Agency for Standardization under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, where he deals with Facility Management, and is one of the founders of the Urbido start-up, which tries to create smart cities from small and large municipalities. The project won the Rector’s and Moravian-Silesian Region’s awards at last year’s University start-up accelerator called Green Light.
Michal comes from the town of Dolní Čermná in the foothills of the Eagle (Orlické) Mountains, now he lives in Ostrava. He likes mountains, nature and hiking. He believes in self-development, education and the power of literature. He is a dreamer and visionary who tries to build up on pragmatism, having his head in the clouds at the same time.
