The Czech cyberneticist, businessman, municipal politician and motivational speaker says the world is permanently changing, but changing in a logical way. Despite the apparent chaos, there is a way to predict many things. According to Libor, it’s necessary to learn how to look and see what’s going on around us, quickly adapt and act accordingly.
Libor specializes in second-order cybernetics, focusing on managing an enterprise as a living organism. He is an expert on building corporate management systems, using the Lean Six Sigma method to help firms like Siemens, Foxconn, Johnson & Controls, and GCE. He has written several works on Lean Leadership, which is also the topic of his lectures at the University of Economics, Prague. He advised the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania about programmes on doing business in Central Europe, and also served as managing partners chairman at Allied Consultants Europe e.V.
He led the VÍTKOVICE MACHINERY GROUP corporation, one of the largest Czech restructuring projects. Recently, Libor has been an independent entrepreneur in IMPACTIVE®.
Libor continuously monitors global and local markets in order to develop new technological solutions for his clients, guaranteeing their self-sufficiency and balance. He passes on the principles of organic management and experience to other managers.
