She first worked at Respekt from 2000 to 2004, when she was editor of the foreign affairs section and then of the economics section, which she also headed. She later returned to working with the magazine. Between 2004 and 2009, she worked as a correspondent for Lidové noviny in Brussels, where she was voted one of the ten best correspondents by the foreign journalism community. Since October 2012, she has also worked at Czech Television in the New Media section. She received the Karel Havlíček Borovský Award in 2016 for the quality of her articles on foreign politics.
