In the following years, he worked on prevention programmes to prepare the population for natural disasters. In case of natural disasters in the Czech Republic, such as floods or tornadoes, he is part of the team that coordinates and methodically manages work in the affected area.
If there is no emergency, he is in charge of organizing and conducting workshops in schools and coordinating digitization across the organization's branches.
