Together with a team of guides and children, she develops the values of free organisations, humanistic pedagogy and non-violent communication in the school, bringing them into the mainstream education system. She supports emerging schools and their founders, and is interested in the principles of community building and development, non-hierarchical and participatory organisations and projects. She is fascinated by how good a life can be lived if one is oneself, develops one's talents, and is able to do work that one enjoys and finds meaningful as a result. Hana lives with her family in the foothills of the Beskydy Mountains and her passions include swimming, diving, hardening and permaculture gardening.
