If you are an author, and find yourself in the middle of a war, it is extremely difficult to cover its full breadth, causes, political background, effects or everyday moments from the front, which the reader often cannot understand. Is this even desirable? Is writing a good way to cope with a traumatic experience? One Ukrainian and two Czechs, journalists and writers who have experienced - and are still experiencing - the war in Ukraine first hand, will try to explain how tricky and emotionally demanding it is to write about the war.
