Frederik is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), an actor, popular speaker and a communication expert with more than 15 years’ experience in stimulating and supporting people on their way to a better communication.
He is the Founder of Imboorling, an organisation that aims to strengthen the connection between people by developing their communication skills, where he provides interactive training, workshops and presentations to encourage personal growth to a variety of institutions, companies, schools, governments, associations and at conferences. Frederik also provides one-to-one coaching for politicians and business leaders and speakers to increase their impact.
Frederik studied theatre at the Royal Conservatory of Ghent and has appeared in several Belgian TV shows, films and in the theatre. Later he applied his theatre skills to the study of communication, and completed a master’s degree in NLP. He also completed a master’s in Transpersonal Coaching and Counselling. Since 2005, he has been active as a communication coach and speaker, having also completed qualifications in Connecting Communication and non-violent communication with the famous American psychologist, Marshall Rosenberg. Frederik is a certified practitioner in Insights Discovery, a concept that maps the psychological preferences of every person, based on the ideas of Carl Gustav Jung.
