Katarína works at FNSPE CTU in Prague as a scientist in the field of particle physics. Her main focus is to explore the hottest and the most perfect liquid that is believed to be present at the beginning of the Universe.
She is a member of the ALICE collaboration and analyses data from collisions at the Large Hadron Collider. She did her Master studies at FNSPE, then spent 3 years at the Niels Bohr Institute in Copenhagen getter her Ph.D , and now she is back, sharing her time between research and teaching.
