For over 15 years, Radka has been dedicated to the personal and professional development of adults. As a coach, she works in the field of employee education and focuses mainly on soft skills such as communication, cooperation, leadership. She draws new inspiration mainly from Eastern philosophies, which is also why she travels primarily to Asia.
Aside from philosophy, she is also inspired by the monuments of the Silk Trail on her Asian travels, and she enjoys discovering the simple life of the locals, their customs and beliefs./>

She spent five weeks in Afghanistan last year, traveling through the valley of Wakhan with its beautiful nature, local people and their habits. She visited Kabul, passed through Bamiyan, which lies at a crossroad of the Silk Road, and wrapped up her trip in Herat, the gateway to Iran. She underwent the Afghan adventure with Ruda Svaříček, with whom she will also appear at the Meltingpot forum.
