Radek has been significantly involved in changing the perception of urban art. In 2012 he was a curator of an international exhibition of street art and graffiti „Obsessed with the City“, which took place in the gallery of the Prague City Library.

He is a member of the editorial office Art + Antiques. He graduated from Art history at Charles University. In 2000-02 he worked as a curator of the National Gallery. In addition to the exhibition „Obsessed with the City“, he also participated in the author's presentations of Jan Hiska, Kristoff Kinter, Lenka Klodova, Jakub Matuska aka Maskera, Petr Nikl, and Vít Soukup. He was a member of the judgement panel for the Vladimír Boudník Award (2002-2003), The Prize of Critics for Young Painting (2008-2009), The Awards of National Gallery NG 333 (2011).
