She graduated from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Faculty of Food and Biochemical Technology. As part of her professional research she has been analyzing environmental pollutants and has gradually focused on the use of clay based and carbonaceous nanomaterials in environmental protection, such as water purification. She has recently been focusing on the use of these materials in medicine with a focus on the fight against microbial resistance. In her spare time she listens to music and practices yoga.
