Ben Aaronovitch

British author and television screenwriter

As an adult Aaronovitch quickly discovered that his only talent is for writing, and became a television screenwriter. He worked on the famous British serial BBC Doctor Who and the space opera Jupiter Moon. Later he got involved in the adventures in book form of Doctor Who. In the nineties he published the novels from the Doctor Who series: Remembrance of the Daleks (1990), Transit (1992), The Also People (1995) and So Vile a Sin (1997, together with Kate Orman). In the second half of the nineties he began to write his own stories. This led to the successful urban fantasy series with police constable Peter Grant.
